SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our Shipping costs are weight based and final costs will be calculated at checkout.
*Please allow 1 day for processing before your order is shipped.
*Items sent usually arrive in 2 - 5working days.
Please note 1st class shipping is not guranteed next day delivery.
If your item has still not arrived after five working days, please contact us so we can resolve the problem for you.
*Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.
*Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.
If you make a mistake with your mailing address and your order has been shipped out, there will be no refund and no amendment/changes. Please double check your details before making payment and email us within 24 hours if any mistake has been made.

We offer two services for our International deliveries;
Standard Shipping; ( not tracked, no signature upon delivery)
Tracked & Signed; ( Fully tracked with signature on delivery and online confirmation)
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
Teezbeautylashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. Teezbeautylashes is not liable for any stolen, lost or damaged packages, and any return packages due to incomplete addresses or return to sender.
All International Orders with no signature confirmation are not eligible for delivery protection, If package is lost, stolen or damaged after delivery, we will not issue a replacement or refund.
All Orders with a signature Confirmation will be covered if a package is lost or stolen.
International Orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by your country's customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Please be sure to check the customs and duties in your country to ensure you receive your order.
